About the College
Vision
St. Chamuel College is a center of excellence for research drive approaches to studying issues of our time, such as democracy, urbanization, technological change, economic empowerment, sustainability, migration, and globalization. We will be giving quality education to become the standard of excellence.
Mission
St. Chamuel College prepares students to understand, contribute to, and succeed in a rapidly changing society, and thus make the world a better and more just place. We will ensure that our students develop both the skills and sound liberal arts that education provides, and the competencies essential for success and leadership in the emerging creative economy. WE will also provide foundation of a lifetime learning & to provide excellent opportunities.
School Seal
The wheel that surrounds the seal represents that the school is an institute of technology that continues to grow and expand. The inscription at the bottom of the wheel "In God We Trust" is the school motto. Inside the wheel is a badge depicting the atomic cycle, a computer, the Philippine flag and a globe. They symbolize the four pillars of the college namely: Science and Technology, Culture and Religion. At the center is a three-fold flame symbolizing the virtues of love, wisdom and power that every son and daughter of God should strive to keep in perfect balance. The angel on top is the image of Archangel Chamuel. The child that he lovingly carries represents the students of SCIT who undergo their learning initiations. st. Chamuel tenderly looks down with his mighty wings embracing the badge. This action symbolizes that the great Archangel of Love is ever-[resent to bless, seal and protect this first school in this country that is named in his honor. The golden lilies under the badge represents the path of the Ascension which Jesus Christ exemplified for us all- the ultimate goal of life.
